There has been some rain however not a lot, it has done very little, so far to lift the water level although the levels are low some big fish have been caught; a 16lb cock fish was taken last week and reports of one at least twice that size have been comming in, both in good condition.
I took a client down to the river the other day to let them have a go with a rod they were interested in and we saw at least 6 sea trout jump a couple admittedly rather black and a salmon.
So though the river is low there are still fish about.
