With the first fresh water entering our rivers for over a month the hopes for the coming week are high. By 8am this morning there was already a springer landed on the fly from the Dykes Pool on the River Forth. This was actually the second fish in 4 days for the lucky captor.
A lot more fish were seen in the River Forth this morning which was a welcoming sight.
