It has come to my attention that Dr John Granger has recently passed away. My condolences to his family and friends.

Dr John as he was kindly known was a member of the Western angling club (1879) I had the pleasure of fishing with him a couple of times, on one particular outing he caught an 8lb + rainbow probably one of the biggest fish caught by the club in recent history, he will be sadly missed.
