Already week 8 of 16,  of the Lake of Menteith boat league sponsored by us at  James Bayne fishing tackle, and it was a glorious evening.
I invited a good friend Millar Reid to join me and although we did not catch that much (one each!) we had a very enjoyable night as it was a beautiful sunset and pleasantly warm, earlier on it was probably to bright as the sun did not set till about 9 ish, around 10ish the fish came on big style, I should have had two, got my one on a pink boobie.
The winner for the evening was G Whyte with 11, 2nd was A McLachlan with 8 and 3rd was G Steele who gets the £25.00 James Bayne voucher as the other two have already won it !
