A slight return to more normal weather with some wind thrown in has seen catches fall off a little.

Chef Gerard Peiquegnot from Pitlochry had a nice looking brown on Monday 23rd - it took a dancer between the islands.

On Saturday Thack AC caught 36 fish with 6 boats (weighing in 12 for 36lbs). Stanley AC (4 boats) caught 38 (weighing in 21 for 53lbs), Stirling Castle caught 36 with 5 boats and St.Peter’s weighed in 26 for 63.5lbs and returned another 30. On Sunday East Kilbride weighed in 29 for 65lbs and returned another 53 with 10 boats. Best areas were Hotel Bay, Lochend/Butts and Gateside.
