Since last week when a large pod of salmon came through we have not heard of much coming off the water, even those fish were starting to colour up because they had been sitting at the estuary mouth waiting for fresh water for so long.
On the whole it's been a very dry summer the river Teith has struggled to fish well as it's been so dry.
Only a few weeks left till the end of the season lets hope we get some more rain !
