Loch Venacher,  Lubnaig and prob most of the local lochs round here are iced up in the mornings, so you get the picture very cold at the mo wrap up well if your considering going out.

It's awful how many people have died this year already on the hills and mountains in Scotland, experienced people as well as the day trippers, we have friends who are in the mountain rescue and the number of call outs is incredible, think a bit of care and attention to terrain and conditions is needed.
