Stirling council fishing report

Fisheries Report for Week Beginning 29th May 2017
After the thunderstorms and rain on Saturday afternoon it was reported that there was a lot of fish entering the River Forth. It was said by one angler that during this 30minute window it was like fishing in Russia with pull after pull but unfortunately the fish were a little hook shy. The party did eventually manage to hook one within this 30minute spell and it tipped the scales at around 10lb and was safely returned.
I would also like to say a massive thank you to all the people who helped out and participated in the very successful youth engagement sessions on Saturday.
The week ahead looks promising and permits are still available from various outlets.
