6ft Water Temperature 5.5C , Clarity (Secchi disc) 2.2m.
Good rises and catches of fish continued last week but subsided
a little with the windier conditions on Sunday. Best drifts were
Lochend and the Butts, Road shore to Middle of east Basin, Sandy Bay,
Stable Point and West Gateside.
Again at or near surface tactics were favoured and
boobies and cormorants have been as popular as ever.

will Gallacher with the best pre-season
