Last sunday was the last outing in the year for the Skinners and Glovers social fishing event held on the Carron resrevoir and unfortunately the conditions were far to bad, strong blustery winds with verticle rain, not nice conditions to be fly fishing in a boat, so saddly we had to call off.
On the bright side it gave me the oppertunity to catch up with my eldest nephew and his wife and new three week old baby boy (Hugo) So am now a grand old uncle! (Don't feel that old! lol.)
Will be arranging fishing events for the new year come the spring.
Today was the last day of the trout season 2012 ugg ! have to wait for the 16th of March 2013 before it all kicks off again.
