Rule changes and price increases

So there have been some changes to the permits this year for the river Teith and Fourth... to be expected I supose! along with some rule changes.
The permit prices have been changed and you can see the cost if you go to the relivant permit page on my website.
There are 3 rule changes:
1. All fish to be returned till 1st of June
2. No live bait fishing after dark
3. Barbless hooks to be used once you have taken your fish limit.
